Accommodation

The house consists of 7 bedrooms: 4 ensuite double bedrooms, a master bedroom double room, a single quirky room with its own bath, a further double room with the option of connecting to another single/twin room via a Jack and Jill door. Reception rooms consist of the upstairs salon with double doors to a balcony overlooking the front of the house, a cozy snug with wood burning stove which formed the original cottage. There’s a cosy library/reading room, a formal dining room and a fully equipped country kitchen/orangery with splendid garden views and a breakfast room.

There is a separate entrance to a smaller apartment that forms part of the main house but can be used separately to include the main guests or not.

The kitchen opens out onto a sunny barbecue courtyard terrace with an outdoor kitchen overlooking the valley. The large outdoor dining area is the perfect spot for summer evenings

The property has underfloor heating, powered by eco-friendly technology allowior for comfortable adjustable heating and instant hot water.

Falls Lodge also comes with a separate one-bedroom gamekeepers cabin which can accommodate up to four people and is available on request.
