Limavady House is a brand new renovation of an old primary school situated in the glorious countryside in Northern Ireland, sitting just under Binevenagh Mountain in an area of outstanding natural beauty while being easily accessible (20 mins to Derry Airport, 1hr10 mins to Beflast. The primary school was built in the 1950s and ceased to operate as a school around 10 years ago and had fallen into disrepair. It has been lovingly restored over the last 2 years and now offers a luxurious and unique accommodation.

The property has 4 ensuite bedrooms plus a "suite" which consists of a kingsize bedroom, a twin bed room and a family bathroom with bath and shower.

The rooms are all spacious, light and airy with wonderful views, Superking beds, crisp white sheets and duvets and large fluffy towels with lovely toiletries.

It has a huge kitchen with table for up to 12 people, island, large range cooker and comfy sofas and TV with doors opening onto a BBQ terrace with fire pit and amazing views of the mountain and across to Donegal.

Sitting snug on the River Foyle, Derry~Londonderry is Ireland’s only surviving walled city and one of the finest in Europe. The walls were built in the 17th century to protect the plantations that moved here under the orders of King James I. It's a historic walled city that acts as a cosmopolitan gateway between two epic touring routes – the Wild Atlantic Way and the Causeway Coastal Route
