Valley View Lodges are a celebration of the nature, tranquility, and community of West Cork's Mealagh Valley. The property consists of six self-catering lodges and spa facilities open to adults only. The eco lodges have already reached local acclaim and admiration for their commitment to sustainable practices. Guests who stay on the property celebrate the mix of relaxation, adventure, and the striking views across the West Cork landscape.
Each lodge has everything one needs for a luxurious and relaxing stay, whether you are a couple seeking some alone time and romance, or friends looking to catch up and be pampered.
They are committed to sustainable practices in our accommodation and Spa services. No single use plastics, comprehensive recycling, organic and eco friendly products only used, low energy consumption appliances and lighting. They are committed to using local products and services wherever possible, and are proud to employ a local staff.
Accommodation
The property consists of six self-catering lodges and spa facilities open to adults only. Choose between a king size or two single beds with ultra comfortable gel topped sprung mattresses encased in crisp white linen for the ultimate night’s rest. Enjoy an uninterrupted view of Bantry Bay and the surrounding hillside through the enormous picture window at the foot of your bed. A comfy sofa, Full HD TV and a dressing table complete the main room. Just off from the main room lies your designer kitchen complete with oven, hob, fridge freezer and breakfast bar with a postcard window showcasing more of our incredible views. Leading on from the kitchen is the deluxe bathroom with rainfall shower and a bespoke handcrafted basin unit for the ultimate in bathroom luxury.
Outside the cabin is a patio area complete with handcrafted seating to soak in the views, and a firepit for getting cozy as the day draws to a close. To the side of the cabin lies your very own secluded alfresco bath, where you can soak away your worries while drinking in the fresh air and sublime views. Luxury bathrobes are provided to enhance your experience.
